Occupational health service

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionists are absolutely zero help. Waited three weeks for an appointment, then the day of said appointment, Doctor is sick (which is completely unavoidable). Was told they would reschedule me and call me back…no call back was ever received. Tried to call to see what was happening and when they could get me in, no record of the reschedule but that I was going on the priority list and they were going to call me back. Once again no call back and trying to call them again resulted in another very confused receptionist who didn’t know anything but that I could be booked in in two weeks. Over a month from the original appointment. Ridiculous. If this was a Doctors in any capital city, they would be crucified for the lack helpfulness and professionalism….but this is Karratha so there isn’t many options. Karratha Medical Centre (Not Sonic Health) receptionist was very simpathetic, and called me back with a cancellation later that day. I know cancellations occur, but a simple process to get you back to the front of the line makes sense, given how long you have to wait for an appointment to begin with. Do better.

Had a booking for 10:10 am (2 hours after opening) and already 50 minutes behind schedule. Make sure you book for early in the day, I hate to think how far behind they would be by the afternoon.

I would give 0 stars! Unfortunately my partner has to attend. I work in health care myself and this is appauling, no way should a client/patient be waiting for over an hour and a half and still not even been seen. I go in to hurry it up and they are rude and saying to fill out paper work which has been done over an hour ago! This is unacceptable!And also contacting my partner to make me remove my review, when you made me late for work!

It is a huge run around having to contact the 1800 number first. From there, they contact the Morley office or you have to wait for head office to contact you back. Generally, there is no response from either.There is definitely a lack of communication and I rarely feel supported.I will be switching providers in hopes of a better service.

Spartan Occupational Health Service was no problem at all.

I saw Ebony yesterday after being in a minor car crash on Friday & she has magic hands, I swear it! By back already feels much more relaxed. 100% recommend.

Radiation Professionals Australia are a group of dedicated professional people working closely with DG Air to solve radiation issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

Staff are friendly and approachable. My daughters OT (Claire Wack) is accommodating and has taken the time to really get to know my daughter and tailors the sessions to suit. My daughter always looks forward to her sessions and is making great progress. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately poor customer service by reception staff when arriving. I had asked for help as the pre-screening forms on the tablet were not loading. The staff member seemed annoyed that I had asked, however, no clear instructions were given, initially I was rushed into the process.I also believe the waiting room for the medicals could be more comfortable and inviting, it felt uneasy, more space between patients is needed (especially with COVID)(especially if you’re the only female in the room).All staff during the medical process we’re excellent and made me feel comfortable. However, I unfortunately won’t be returning again.
